WORKSHOP FLYER

This meeting is concerned with the scientific area of control theory, optimization and applications:

  • Mathematical Systems and Control Theory

  • Optimization and Optimal Control

  • Geometric Control Theory

  • Control Engineering
  • Robotics

  • Nonlinear Systems

  • Dynamics and Control

and more...

Objectives

The main objective of the First CTS Workshop is to bring together those enrolled in the activities of the Control Training Site, from responsible to CTS fellows, in order to promote the exchange of ideas and experiences, and reinforce scientific contacts in the large multi-disciplinary area of control.

All the CTS fellows are expected to participate and present their work, developed under the CTS grant.

This Workshop is also open to researchers who are interested in the various areas of control theory, optimization and control engineering.

The program of the Workshop will reflect the various scientific areas of the CTS and consists of a series of lectures given by invited speakers and short contributed presentations primarily by CTS fellows.

Participation of CTS Fellows

All the CTS fellows (present and past) are expected to send a short abstract of their contribution, previously approved by their host supervisor. They can also apply for financial support directly to their (present or past) host supervisor.

Participation of Other Researchers

Depending on availability, a few short communications or poster presentations by other researchers may also be possible.
