Remark 4: The new procedure octool is a graphical
user interface to our
computer algebra subpackage CLaws[OC]. With this interface users can,
in a point-and-click environment, interact with all the symbolical
tools of the subpackage and deal with concrete problems of optimal control.
The Maplet octool allow us to quickly investigate the problems,
without learning all the optional parameters of the Maple procedures.

Remark 1: To use the CLaws package and associated help pages
in a Maple session,
set the global variable libname so that it point to the directory containing
the CLaws package (CLaws.mla) and the help database (CLaws.hdb).
For example:
> libname := <MyCLawsPath>, libname;
Remark 2: when using the package, the command
> Describe(CLaws);
can be used in order to obtain a brief description of the available commands
in the package.
Remark 3: When accessing the Maple help system, the entry in the
Table of Contents for the CLaws package help is "Conservation Laws".
