Registration and
Accommodation
The organization is planning to partially cover participants expenses.
Registration should be made by sending an email
to Francesca Ceragioli (ceragiol@calvino.polito.it)
with Name, Nationality, Affiliation, Arrival date, and Departure date. Accommodation
in double rooms is encouraged, and you can suggest a name with whom you want to
share the room. If you are applying for funding, you must mention it explicitly,
and you must send your registration by 15th September. Please indicate an
estimate of expenses for which you are asking support. If you are not
applying for funding, the registration can be send until 15th October.
